At Bellefaux, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any) must be intact
• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at bellefaux2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed accordingly

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after quality inspection
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Bellefaux is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
